I will do my best to answer any commission requests within 24-48 hours.

Individual quotes may vary based on each project, these listed prices are starting points and are subject to increase depending on the request.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission before accepting payment.

All major revision requests must be submitted during the sketch stage and before the line art update. Any major revisions after this point will require additional compensation.

I may submit initial thumbnails before payment, but I will not begin any additional work until the commission invoice has been paid in full.

Failure to pay within one week (barring extraordinary circumstances or communication) will result in your request being removed from the queue.

You are absolutely free to request a progress update at any point, but please bear in mind that, depending on complexity, type, and queue position requests may take a month to a few months to complete from the date of initial thumbnail submittal and invoice payment.

I have limited slots available and I will announce when all slots are taken. I may also announce if one or more has opened back up due to cancellation or any other reason.

All commission requests are queued and I only accept one rush order at a time. You are free to ask for updates or for your place in the queue at any time.

Minimum rates as listed in my commissions price sheet are non-negotiable and rates for additional figures/backgrounds/extra non-routine revisions are also non-negotiable.

All invoice payments are to be made through PayPal's invoicing service at this time.

Nothing made by me, Dertherck, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Should these terms be breached I will, in such cases, exercise my rights as the image creator/copyright holder to have such infringements removed under violation of my TOS. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Additionally: Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance. If the client declines to pay or persists in unauthorized use of the work I may pursue legal action to collect damages due.

As of this time I do not authorize my work to be used in machine learning/training of any kind and will pursue full legal action as necessary should I find any such violation of my terms of service.

Draft designs for personal work/use

Accept rush orders when provided additional compensation. (Please keep in mind that these could be double the cost of a normal quote depending on complexity.)

Make revisions based on client feedback prior to the final rendering stages (Please note that more extreme revisions may require additional charges/compensation.)

Accept payment plans for larger, more complex projects. (Please note that you will not receive any finalized material until after the initial invoice is paid in full.)

Mimic the style of another artist.

Accept any sort of NSFW work or request.

Accept any sort of work or request for the purposes of hate speech, or hateful imagery.

Issue a refund for completed and client-approved work past the final submittal date.

Negotiate quotes for lower than my minimum rate as listed in my price sheet.

Advance your slot in the queue if your request for a rush order is not specified at the time of the initial quote.
